Horrific customer service - placed an order for supplies and was told 3-4 days; 3 days alter received an email saying short delay and another saying having supply issues; meanwhile, they are selling the same product on Amazon Prime with 2 day delivery and their sister store has a wall full of the same product. After a month of emailing, calling, messaging and NO responses, I disputed the charge on my credit card. Placed an order with Hot Tub Things and never received it or any indication that the order was ever processed. Had to contact my credit card company to cancel the transaction. This was after two week of no communication from Hot Tub Things. Do business with this company at your our risk. I will never order from them again!
They mailed me the wrong part (Bullfrog Filter) and have not responded in almost a week, after 3 emails and a phone call.
