Matt was excellent at explaining everything about the hot tub and red light therapy sauna. He made the process quick, easy and yes, even very pleasant. I definitely recommend Matt and Hot Tub Family!
I paid $600 for a diagnostic visit - in advance. Ivan, the tech, came out on June 16, 2026. It is now 7/30/26, and despite many calls, emails, texts and conversations, nothing. No follow up. No return calls. Nothing. I even called Master Spa corporate for help. They have also tried to contact them. Nothing. I am planning on going to small claims court. This is unreal. Stay away from these guys.
