I paid $600 for a diagnostic visit - in advance. Ivan, the tech, came out on June 16, 2026. It is now 7/30/26, and despite many calls, emails, texts and conversations, nothing. No follow up. No return calls. Nothing. I even called Master Spa corporate for help. They have also tried to contact them. Nothing. I am planning on going to small claims court. This is unreal. Stay away from these guys.

We started our search for spas a while back but life got in the way. Fast forward and I contact Hot Tub Emporium online to get some pricing information. Josh contacted me and we got to talking about offerings and pricing. Straight forward and to the point. Didn’t try and upsell or change our mind. We dropped in with the family to confirm and make the final purchase. Easy quick process to get our new precision 8 Hot tub. Bought our spa here in July. Matt was great, very helpful answered all our questions and was available every step of the sales and delivery process if we needed him. Thanks so much, we love our spa!
