This was our first experience buying a hot tub. As many already know, there are a lot of dealers out there. We did our research and were very happy at what we found. Absolutely wonderful people to work with! Knowledgeable, honest and more than willing to answer all of our questions. The install was smooth and they spent a lot of time with us to ensure we knew how to care for our new hot tub. We definitely recommend this local, family owned business!

We are “newer” residents to Ellijay and found Shannon at Hot Tub Solutions, to not only be very knowledgeable about spa’s but SUPER welcoming! We instantly felt like we made a life long friend! Shannon was extremely responsive with our questions regarding spa operations and the crew who delivered our spa were very respectful of our property when the spa was delivered. My faith is customer service has been restored. Sean and is wife deserve 5 stars each. Sean stopped by on his way home after working all day and quickly identified and resolved my issue. A temp sensor had failed, not an expensive part but it did prevent the recirculating or jet pumps from turning on. This meant no water would be filtered until it was repaired. Not an ideal situation.
