Can’t recommend these guys enough. It was beyond convenient that they handled the entire site inspection, delivery, and installation process. They even held my hot tub for me while I had a deck built.
We first interacted with the folks at Hot Tub Solutions when our hot tub needed repair. Another spa company in Blue Ridge had left us high and dry on a repair visit that we had confirmed online as well as by phone -- they never showed up nor did they ever contact us to apologize. Hot tub solutions is a great hot tub supplies facility located in Ellijay Ga. It is a family owned business, which led us to them in the first place. Back in January we were shopping for a hot tub for our cabin, and we spoke to Raiyanne(sp?), along with her mother, Shannon.
