I had the pleasure of having Harpreet come out to the house to drain and refill our spa as the water had been repeatedly going off because of misinformation from Sunrise Spas in Grimsby. He was so very informative, patient, and genuinely kind with explaining the whole process to us. He gave us tips and proper instructions on what and what not to do with this spa.
