We went to a few different places, shopping for a hot tub, and landed here. Couldn't be happier that we made the plunge. Customer service is top notch and made this whole experience 2nd to none. We've never owned one and Mario made sure we were well taken care of and answers any and all questions without hesitation. We had a great experience with Hot Tub Sales. My initial inquiry was responded to immediately and the employees were very helpful in helping us pick out and purchase our hot tub. Delivery and installation were flawless as well. We were even given a lesson on hot tub maintenance.
