Bernardo came out to repair my hot tub in March 2024. He checked it out and said I needed some new parts to fix a leak. I agreed for him to purchase the parts and to return when they were available. It took two months, but he came back in May 2024 and supposedly finished the job. Despite paying hundreds of dollars to get it “fixed” he chose to charge me for an additional product that he said was very expensive. It seemed petty to me but I paid it. Our church in Rockville, MD, had a wonderful experience working with Bernardo. First, he laid out for us all of our choices in pumps/heaters/filters for our baptistry, based on the size of our baptistry and our need. Then he completed the project for us in a very professional manner. He had come highly recommended by a church near us and he very much lived up to this billing.
Bernardo is an experienced and excellent technician. We chatted about his impressive engineering and technical background, which became clear as he started to troubleshoot my hot tub. He identified a faulty relay switch (worked intermittently) that three other hot tub service providers could not find. He has great resources to find the parts, the correct OEM parts and installed them quickly and without fail. He is kind and courteous. Top quality and service! Highly recommend.
