I scheduled service for Hot Tub removal with Junk Bandits for a Wednesday at 3 pm, I called and confirmed the morning of and made them aware that I would need the service completed that day due to construction starting the next morning. I received a text message stating Unfortunately I will not be able to make it today. The text was sent at 2:14 pm. This was not enough time to get someone else out to take care of the service.
