He sold me a hot tub, leak issues were found upon install and he said he would come the next week. Never came. Then about 2 weeks pass and it started messing up and not heating and he will not respond or take my calls. I liked him, but he does not stand behind his products.

My partner and I were shopping for a hot tub and the prices on new ones had us rethinking if we could even afford a lower end brand and model. I found Ron’s company through a google maps search and I’m glad I did. He had several high end used models in his shop and I couldn’t believe how good of condition they were in and how reasonable the price was. Ron delivered a hot tub that we paid $5100 for. We had issues from Week 1 and he completely ignored our requests. He doesn't stand behind his products.

From the moment we purchased our hot tub, it was nothing but a disaster. Ron demonstrated that he is not a man of his word with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, failing to honor any commitments once payment was received.
