This review is for everyone thinking of visiting Hot Tub Pros for your hot tub needs… This year I bought a new hot tub when I moved homes. First I visited my old hot tub store. Then I decided to visit Hot Tub Pros. I’m glad I did. I believe the Beachcomber line of tubs is superior to the brand I previously owned. Best price and super friendly. I found Andrew and Justin to be both friendly and professional. They were very helpful, offered suggestions, and got me the best price. Not only that, but they were quick to resolve my hot tub tub issue and give advice! Would definitely recommend over others.
My hot tub just recently broke and wasn’t producing any heat (in the middle of winter). I called the place who I purchased my hot tub through and they couldn’t give me a date when they could send somebody by to look at it. They said they would call a few days before but it could be up to 2 weeks or more. I asked if I could get an appointment and they said that’s not the way they do it.
