We bought our Hydropool Serenity 4500 (Perfect Size and layout for a couple!) in June 2025 from Bruce. First of all we shopped EVERY Hot Tub Store in Green Bay and Bruce was above all THE BEST! We have loved using the pool all summer, fall and now into February when I needed to empty it and re-fill for the first time. The father and sons team of Bruce, Andrew and Mitchell were above and beyond awesome for us, buying our first hot tub. Hydropool 790. They came out to our bayshore cottage, delivered and installed it, thoroughly explained everything in a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner, and answered all our questions. If you're thinking of getting a hot tub, THESE are definitely the guys you can trust to do it right. We HIGHLY recommend them!
