We needed some service on our LazyBoy hot tub and many aren't interested in looking at this brand. Andrew came out and fixed it on the first try. Charged much less than I expected. Great service and pricing!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Bruce Gerondale, President of Hot Tub Pool & Patio. What should have been a straightforward warranty replacement process turned into over five months of misinformation, delays, and frustration. We bought our Hydropool Serenity 4500 (Perfect Size and layout for a couple!) in June 2025 from Bruce. First of all we shopped EVERY Hot Tub Store in Green Bay and Bruce was above all THE BEST! We have loved using the pool all summer, fall and now into February when I needed to empty it and re-fill for the first time.
