Update store hours if you are not going to have the store open for people. Hours state open til 5:30 showed up twice and there is a sign on the store saying be back at 1:45… have came back and sign is still up. Now it’s 4 pm how many hours was I suppose to sit here and wait?

I had a great experience with The Hot Tub Outlet. I needed a specific pool part, and the owner/manager took care of it right away. Even though it took a couple of days for the part to come in, I was notified the moment it arrived so I could get my pool up and running again. Excellent service and communication — highly recommend! I’ll definitely be going back when I need more supplies, and when I’m ready to buy a sauna, this will be my first stop.
