This place sucks
Would not recommend.
We are absolutely thrilled with our new hot tub and have been using a lot more than we thought we would. The Be Well tub we purchased is fantastic quality... the lights, the easy to use controls for scheduling, changing temperature, turn lights off and on make it a delight to have and use. There was a mix up during delivery and installation of our hot tub, but Ken at the Hot Tub Outlet did a fantastic job at making it right. Thank you so much Ken.
Ordered a pool cleaner from this company and was promised it in a week - it’s been two and I still haven’t received it because this company is using Canpar for shipping?! Who uses Canpar for shipping these days?! You’re better off ordering off Amazon and getting it in two days.
They were able to answer all my questions so that I was able to buy a new spa pack with confidence remotely. The correct part arrived, my tub is back up running.
