Had a great experience with The Hot Tub Outlet! Geoff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Ken, the owner, was also great to deal with and clearly takes pride in the business and making sure customers are taken care of. Excellent customer service, friendly people, and a great selection. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a hot tub!
Great experience reaching out to them! They were super friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I got exactly the information I needed after speaking with them. Overall, great service all around!
Update store hours if you are not going to have the store open for people. Hours state open til 5:30 showed up twice and there is a sign on the store saying be back at 1:45… have came back and sign is still up. Now it’s 4 pm how many hours was I suppose to sit here and wait?
