Ordered a pool cleaner from this company and was promised it in a week - it’s been two and I still haven’t received it because this company is using Canpar for shipping?! Who uses Canpar for shipping these days?! You’re better off ordering off Amazon and getting it in two days.
They were able to answer all my questions so that I was able to buy a new spa pack with confidence remotely. The correct part arrived, my tub is back up running.
Absolutely love my new Northern Leisure hot tub from Hot Tub Outlet! Tom and his team made everything easy from start to finish, and the quality of the tub is amazing. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience!
Went to collect a fedex package on a weekday during business hours and they were closed asked the businesses next door if they know anything and they said well they come in whenever they feel like it. Completely unacceptable as a fedex hub.
It tells me more about a company on how they handle mistakes, than bragging about their successes. My pool got sent to the wrong province, big problem, but that’s when the owner Tom took over and handling everything personally. Tom never failed to communicate or respond to everyone of my texts and calls. Obviously he has built a great relationship with his suppliers as well.
