Terrible service Has put me off for a couple weeks Keeps saying he’s coming then no communication!!!!!
Other hot tub companies could not service my tub for 2 to 3 weeks. My daughter contacted Hot Tub One and Rick the technician was at our home within an hour. He assessed that the pump was broken and ordered one. The next day (Canada Day) Rick arrived with the new pump and installed it. I must say Rick the technician is very conscience, knowledgeable and a true professional.
