Other hot tub companies could not service my tub for 2 to 3 weeks. My daughter contacted Hot Tub One and Rick the technician was at our home within an hour. He assessed that the pump was broken and ordered one. The next day (Canada Day) Rick arrived with the new pump and installed it. I must say Rick the technician is very conscience, knowledgeable and a true professional. Rick the hot tub guy is my new best friend. He showed up same day, did what he said he would do and did it quickly so I could still be on time to pick up the locals at school. The dogs liked him too so that’s a bonus.
We are renting out our cottage on Airbnb and on the morning of the guests arriving, discovered the error code and hot tub not heating the water…I found Rick and his company on Google just by doing a search in the area. I called him and he was able to provide advice over the phone how to make sure the pipes wouldn’t freeze while we wait for the service visit( it was -12C outside).
