Rick the hot tub guy is my new best friend. He showed up same day, did what he said he would do and did it quickly so I could still be on time to pick up the locals at school. The dogs liked him too so that’s a bonus.
We are renting out our cottage on Airbnb and on the morning of the guests arriving, discovered the error code and hot tub not heating the water…I found Rick and his company on Google just by doing a search in the area. I called him and he was able to provide advice over the phone how to make sure the pipes wouldn’t freeze while we wait for the service visit( it was -12C outside). Hot Tub One is a trusted company. They responded in a timely manner, arrived within 24 hours and did not leave until the problem was solved. I am very thankful that I connected with them and will only be using them moving forward. A VERY good contact to have in your phone.
Changed the water and had a leak. Made a call to Rick and lucky for me he was in the area. Showed up later in the day and figured out the leak right away. He had the parts on the truck and was able to fix it up right away. He took the time to check for other leaks and make everything was functioning properly. Honest, personable fair pricing and knowledgeable....can't ask for anything else. Would call him again without hesitation.
I would not use them, they’re unreliable and will leave you hanging.
