Jake and his team moved a used hot tub from a friends house to our place after removing our old one, it was seamless and they are super nice and professional. Highly recommend the Hot Tub Ninjas if you need a hot tub moved!
Came to my house and 'repaired' my hot tub - said he would come back and screw access panels back on correctly - NEVER came back and has ghosted me ever since! My hot tub is down again as I am certain he used sub-par parts. DO NOT USE this guy

Sold our hot tub and the buyer hired Hot Tub Ninjas to move it. Kevin and Shane showed up per the arrangements and were extremely knowledgeable about moving it. Had all the right gear to do so. They were very friendly, and extremely fast and efficient in the final disconnection and physical move of the tub. We highly recommend them.
The Ninja is real!!!! Seriously though all kidding aside I had some other hot tub mover lined up and he went missing so I was in a bind as the house was sold and the hot tub had to be moved last minute. I was a bit high maintenance at this point and I found the Ninja on the web and I liked their reviews so I called. Well these guys are true to their word.
