Had leaks in my hot tub fixed in the spring. Leaks were fixed, though I was good. Took the panel off in Nov to look at it and discovered no insulation was replaced. It would have surely refrozen this winter, I'm surprised it hasn't already. took me 8 cans of expanding foam and most of a weekend to fix it. They charged me top dollar, had to pay in advance and they did half the job, setting me up to have it freeze again.
Josh, Are you in business yet? You are never open. I recommend going elsewhere for better service.
Hot tub medics know thier stuff. They fixed my hot tub in no time and saved me money not charging me a arm and a leg to fix it, thanks a lot I am very greatful.
This place is fantastic! friendly people and great service. I stopped in with a water issue and the staff was very helpful in fixing the problem. Josh knows his hot tubs for sure.
