We got a steal of a deal on a hot tub here, the salesman Joseph was everything you could want in a salesman, personable, honest and when he didn't know the answer he found out for us. If we ever need to buy another toy we will be back to see Joe.

All i can say is wow! We went there yesterday because it was close to we’re we were at the time to look for a hot tub my Dad went in to see if my Mom could get in because shes in a wheelchair. Only way to get to show room was a bunch of stairs. Also my Dad asked if they financed hot tubs and they said we have to get the manager which took forever and no manager. Having a show room that’s not accessible for disabled people is non sense! Sorry Hot Tub Mart but we ended up going to Jaccuzi hot tubs in Barrie and you lost out on... read more
