The other reviews are 100% correct — this place operates like shady used car salesmen. After paying and waiting over three months for my hot tub, they flat-out refused to give me a refund. We order our swim spa from them. After a few years, it started leaking. We paid them in July to fix it and it’s September. They said it would it be fixed before my birthday? It’s my birthday tot and it’s not fixed. Very very unhappy with them right now haven’t received an update about the parts needed to fix our leaky swim Spa right now. I have a $20,000 paperweight. Worst part is haven’t received any communication from them. We had to continuously call to get updates so right now I would rate them a two star if that.
