I went with my dad to purchase his spa from hot tub liquidators. He had already been there a few times and we went to finalize the purchase. We ended up changing the spa he originally wanted without any issues. The process was seamless from ordering the spa, providing contractors for installing necessary electricity for the spa, and finally delivery day. I know my parents are very happy with the product and service received
I have my hot tub now almost a year. I’m very happy with it and the experience I had with hot tub liquidators. The salesman, Marc Siegel, immediately understood what I wanted and directed me to the most appropriate tubs. The Henderson store is huge and I never would have found something wondering about. As with any equipment, I had some minor problems during the year which was resolved ASAP. I am happy to recommend Mark Siegel and his team at hot tub liquidators in Henderson @1550 Raiders Way. I’ll give them five stars. I work with Mark on the original purchase. He did a great job not only selling me the unit but guiding me through what would be a good fit. The Service Team has been outstanding with both the delivery and any maintenance questions I have had. My hot tub was delivered in March. The product is great and I recommend you talk to the HTL team if you’re shopping for a spa.
Don’t call this place unless you want to be accused of being a hot tub salesman. Horrible customer service would never give this place any business. Plenty of better stores in town with great service
