Buenas tardes mi experiencia a sido fatal,al principio muy amables para hacer la compra después que la realice todo fue un caos para la entrega de jacuzzi y hasta hoy no me entregan mi carpa que compré junto con el jacuzzi,todos los día un cuánto diferente,no se los recomiendo,fatal experiencia,espero que pronto me hagan la entrega,gracias
We put money down on a spa thinking we could make it work in our yard. Turns out we couldn't make it work, but their policy (to their credit, this is clearly stated up front) is that deposits are held in perpetuity. So, we pivoted to an umbrella so we walked away with something. When we looked at the umbrella in the store, the lights worked. When they delivered it to us, the battery pack was missing. Guess who never "found" the battery pack and hasn't contacted us since.... Can you also guess who won't go back... ever?
Hot tub liquidators was referred while in another pool business actually. Our hot tub had some leaks and we were repairing ourselves and couldn't find the right parts. The GM Scott at HTL and I believe another staff member, his name was Josh have been so helpful in getting the parts we needed to do the repairs and cutting new flex hose for us. I highly recommend this place for hot tub needs. They have great staff.. and when our tub does finally die.. we will be going there to get a new hot tub for sure.
We were looking for parts to repair the hot tub. Scott, the general manager was able to solve all of our needs. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about everything hot tub related. Anytime we need parts in the future we will definitely be going back. Everything was excellent.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The owner is a thief!
