We walked into the showroom and was greeted by Tyler and he showed us a lot of different hot tubs. We told what we were exactly looking for and he said he had one for me to see at the Summerlin store. We drove up there that same day and I called him back and said write it up and he was able to get the hot tub installed the following week. We are so happy with our new hot and the customer service we received was EXCELLANT!!!! Thank You for taking care of all our needs!!!!!!
Excellent customer service! I had a recent issue with my 8 year old spa that required an “on site” diagnosis and repair. Technician Jerone was awesome! Arrived on schedule and gave me a heads up ETA. He explained what he was doing and was very customer focused. A great reflection and excellent representative of Hot Tub Liquidators! Knowledgeable, friendly, and very thorough. A great customer experience overall!
If you are looking for a hot tub or a swim spa this is the place they were excellent. Josh was amazing and helped me find the right tub to fit my budget when it came to installing it. They were also five star. Josh helped me with all the different angles to get it in my yard. It was placed within a few minutes and all good can’t thank you enough!
I saw this company online so my wife and I went to look at their spas. Very nice spas. We have never bought one before; it was our first time. Their customer service was top notch and they told us everything about the spas. The guy in Summerlin was awesome. We then went to the Henderson store; Tyler there was awesome too. It was sad to hear about the father of the company who passed away. They're definitely keeping his dream alive. I'm a small business owner and am always there for businesses like this.
