This is my second review within 4 months. This team is extraordinary in every way. I had a tiny leak this morning and Josh and Humberto were super efficient and prompt to my issue. They had a full schedule and made the time to come within 2 hours of the issue. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a stellar product with even better customer service.
Poor communication and service. Been waiting to have the repair fixed that they did and I believe I was overcharged for. Obviously not enough PVC piece cement was used causing a leak. Still been able to use my hot tub but, they have cancelled twice on getting a technician out and this has been ongoing since last year.
We want to thank Tyler and the whole crew at Hot Tub Liquidators for helping guide us through the education, selection and purchase process for our new Spa. After visiting multiple other dealers, Hot Tub Liquidators (we went to the Henderson location) had far and away the best selection and most knowable staff. We are very pleased with our Platinum Spa, they made delivery quick and easy (in our case a crane was needed)…when it seemed hard to us, Tyler made it easy.
