The whole process of buying a hot tub and having it installed was made smooth by Craig and his colleagues. His supplier (Artesian Spas in Doncaster), electrician, crane man and fitters were all incredibly easy to deal with. Craig visited us to make sure everything would work out. I cannot find fault. Well done to everyone

Brilliant service and explanation of products .
Thanks for a great experience. We found a hot tub locally but this company was so much better on price and the service level was also great. When the tub was delivered there was a problem with our fence but the delivery guys were brillant and helped us solve the access issue. Everything else was plain sailing and the hot tub is awesome.
