Purchased a refurbished hot tub beginning of September. The sales service was great. Seemed like they really care about customers and service. Hot tub was delivered in a timely manner. We have been waiting over two months now for the cover. They did give us an old worn loaner cover. When I call there is often no answer and it goes to voicemail. Sometimes the voicemail is full. Very professional, timely and affordable. Moved my hot tub from old house to New house and moved it at my new house to its permanent location after we set a base up for it and the path they had to get through with it was impressive.
I bought a hot-tub under 2 years ago and had nothing but problems with the old owners , the new manager/owner has been fantastic and fixed the problems with my tub that have been going on since I had gotten it ! Very pleased with their service and outcome of everything !! Thanks again guys
I bought a hot-tub under 2 years ago and had problems from the beginning with it making noises I called and had them come out and they told me that’s normal , fast forward now my pump isn’t working. Right from the beginning I found them to be really rude , customer service is definitely lacking ! When they came out to inspect the tub for noises I was very disrespected and felt stupid for even calling them , I was never told how to care for the tub or anything , so when I asked them it felt like I was bothering them !
