These guys helped me out a couple times. It's nice to have a local place where you can grab Parts when you're in a pinch.
I purchased a previously loved, refurbished hot tub this past summer. Cam is professional and knowledgeable, he walked me through the process and shared tips on how to keep the water clean & balanced. Delivery was as expected and went smoothly. We decided that we wanted to purchase a hot tub. Without having any knowledge of what they are all about, we did some research. We decided ro go to Hot tub heaven and Cam was wonderful to deal with. He helped us and guided us so when we left we had lots to think about. Ultimately we went back to see him and purchased one of his used tubs. They do a good job with the hot tub when you purchase it. However, their customer service after purchase is inexistent. They never pick up the phone and never call you back. It's like you have to make an effort to give them your business.
