We highly recommend Hot Tub Factory Outlet in Medford. We got a hot tub lid that fits perfect and is great quality. Also, we had an issue with the heat not working in our Marquis spa and Dennis helped us get it working right away. Very professional, and they do not overcharge for service. We will buy our next hot tub from them.
I wrote a review 2 years ago from my personal phone and I’m writing another today from my work cell. Dennis came over to help us with what we thought was a heating issue with a swim spa we bought before we knew this business. (Dennis sold us a wonderful cover for it two years ago that’s solid as ever) Anyhoo- It took him about 5 seconds to see that our heater is fine and that we had the spa running on a setting that heats slower. Great customer service. If you are looking to buy a hot tub, this is the place!
Dennis was SUPER helpful helping us select our spa but there was no pressure whatsoever. We had our site plan and had to pick a spa that would fit our space so he just let us figure it out and then made a template out of cardboard so we could take it home and get the conduit in the right spot before the concrete was poured! WHO DOES THAT? Great experience. Cant wait to get our spa installed.
