Great customer service. If you are looking to buy a hot tub, this is the place!
Dennis was SUPER helpful helping us select our spa but there was no pressure whatsoever. We had our site plan and had to pick a spa that would fit our space so he just let us figure it out and then made a template out of cardboard so we could take it home and get the conduit in the right spot before the concrete was poured! WHO DOES THAT? Great experience. Cant wait to get our spa installed.

Worst customer service EVER! We live in Merrill, purchased from the business. Waiting 2 yrs to get a brand new hot tub repaired, he sets a date to come and NEVER shows up! But he got paid! Do not buy from him! Look up the customer you sold to in Merrill Or… your company has made several promises to come and fix it and they are always a NO show!
We love our new hot tub and were beyond grateful for the amazing help from the staff through the entire research & buying process. Layne & Dennis went above and beyond in great help whenever we had a need. And our Clearwater Spa hot tub is perfect! Very thankful and grateful for their help!
