The Hot Tub Dude hooked us up, and we love our spa! Kevin is responsive, caring and made sure our spa was up and running until the very end even when there were details to work out. Bought hot tub for $3200. 2 motors failed within 1 season. Circulating pump went bad. Sent me a used one. 80% of jets fell off inside hot tub within 2 years. Would not replace them. Stay away from this guy. For $3200 you can come really close to buying a new one. After 4 years entire hot tub is junk.
The owner is a really great guy. My new (used) tub was sitting outside in the winter, full of water, with the heater and circulating pump not working..and every other service company I could find was closed. His schedule was too booked to have him come take a look at my issue in time to prevent freezing, which is understandable as it's the week of Christmas, but he was nice enough to talk me through the problem I was having and gave a couple of suggestions that ultimately ended up fixing my tub and avoiding it from freezing ... read more
