Bought hot tub for $3200. 2 motors failed within 1 season. Circulating pump went bad. Sent me a used one. 80% of jets fell off inside hot tub within 2 years. Would not replace them. Stay away from this guy. For $3200 you can come really close to buying a new one. After 4 years entire hot tub is junk.
The owner is a really great guy. My new (used) tub was sitting outside in the winter, full of water, with the heater and circulating pump not working..and every other service company I could find was closed. His schedule was too booked to have him come take a look at my issue in time to prevent freezing, which is understandable as it's the week of Christmas, but he was nice enough to talk me through the problem I was having and gave a couple of suggestions that ultimately ended up fixing my tub and avoiding it from freezing ... read more

i bought a hot tub in August- and the only lid he had was too small. - but would work temporarily. He promised he would have the right size lid for me by winter. It is now February and still no lid. i have messaged many, many times and all i get was he doesn't want to order a new one and can't locate a used one. I am disappointing because that was my main concern prior to buying it and i feel i gave him more then enough time to get me one.
