We have used the Hot Tub Doctor for our spa servicing for years. Recently, technician Randy came to help us with replacing a cover and a faulty power panel. Randy is fast working and extremely competent with a super friendly disposition. We are very satisfied customers.
Randy came on time, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The fix was easy and he was on his way. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend this local service provider.
Very disappointed in them. They did a quick fix on a leak that I had and it has started leaking again. I have left 4 voicemail messages and have been very nice about having them return to look at the tub but they refuse to call me back. I get voicemail every time. I won't be using them again or referring them to anyone.
