very poor customer service! we were told that their insurance no longer allowed people to follow the Christmas ships and they had to cancel the reservation we had had for nearly 6 months or go at an earlier time but low and behold both boats were out on the water following the ships! they won't return calls or emails about refunding my deposits either!

Rented a boat with my husband and two teenage kids. We had a great time. We had a little difficulty finding the place but our call was answered right away and we were given clear instructions. Our boat was ready and waiting for us. We didn’t realize we’d be able to stream our own music during our ride. Bonus! The boat was easy to operate. Super friendly service and a fun time.
I've been on the hot tub boats twice now and they are SO much fun! Easy to drive, and a great way to spend your day. The staff at Hot Tub Boats are extremely helpful, professional, and set you up to have a perfect day!
