Really very poor after sales, actually non-existent, no reply to phone calls or emails. Cannot recommend, use a company that employees people you can speak to. They know how to sell but offer or provide no support after they've had your money.
The installation team at Southern Dreamscapes deserve the biggest shoutout for being fantastic at what they do. Despite a traffic accident causing major delays, they insisted on completing our installation on June 26 to the highest possible standard, working well after hours to make sure everything was perfect, and with such good humour and friendliness - at the same time as being really good at what they do. Thank you so much - we really can’t recommend you enough!
Just visited the Dreamscapes showroom at Altons garden Centre. They have a huge range of hot tubs, swimspas, saunas, cabins, and ice baths. Not only do they supply these products, they deliver, install, and landscape the entire garden to fit. I've seen some of their most recent project's and they are extremely creative and inspiring. I would highly recommend.
Big thanks to Southern Dreamscapes for supplying and fitting my wonderful sauna very professional and helpful throughout thoroughly recommend them they work as a team and nothing is too much trouble
