Pat is the most excellent - she is super responsive over text, Send us photos after renters have left if we need to know something is wrong. Recently let us know that the top of our Hot Tub needed to be bolted back into the ground and we wouldn’t have noticed if she didn’t tell us before we visited - as it is a second home. I can always count on her to keep me posted about things And the hot tub is always in perfect shape for guests. Highly recommend, Very punctual and timely every single week.
Is this company still in business. I’ve tried to reach them several times. Get a random VM but never a call back?

We were desperate for someone to service our spa weekly and so thankful we found Patricia! She is always prompt and courteous and goes the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of and ready for our next renters. Not sure we could have a spa if they were not in business! I promise you will be happy with their service!
