I stopped here for the first time earlier in the month; I was visiting Manitowoc and needed a hair cut, and this place jumped out at me because it's locally owned and operated, and it's a bit like that old-school mom-and-pop corner barbershop. I was very happy with the haircut and style I received, and this is now my go-to spot.
Went in for some highlights and was so happy when I left!
