The Hot Tomato makes dough fresh everyday in an actual mixer, our pizza is hand tossed. Our cheese is grated on the premises and our sauce is made from scratch every morning. We our big supporters of New Belgium Brewery and carry all of their beer on tap. We also have a selection of red and white wines. We offer pizza by the slice, whole pies, stromboli, calzones, sausage rolls and incredibly fresh salads, using local produce when in season.

Best Pizza in the West! Simply put, this is the best pizza in the west! Hand tossed New York style thin crust pizza, I think they hand make all their dough too. If you are in Fruita you must go there.
Absolutely fabulous! The Hot Tomato Cafe is the perfect combination of great pizza, perfect beer (New Belgium), great service, and casual atmosphere. They have a pesto pizza that I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when I am lucky enough to be in Fruita.
