Had a new blower motor installed from them last february 2025 and this winter the motor is already damaged.paid 1400$ for the repair.Their answer is motors can go bad there is no guarantee to anything with electricity.When installed the person told this motor is sure good for the next 5 to 10 years.

Ameen from Hot and Cold Mechanical was here and install a new furnace and air conditioner. Everything seemed good until I asked for a permit for my air conditioner. A permit that is required by the city Edmonton.

After dealing with a few so called “technicians” from other companies, Ameen was the only one who was able to diagnose and solve our furnace/AC woes, and he did it just by me describing the issue over the phone whereas the others completely failed (even after being on-site).
