This guy is absolutely the worst business man I have ever dealt with. I bought a part for my Note 4 on Friday, had my wife spend 3 hours in the car going there and back to pick it up and he sold her the wrong part. I talked to him that day and he said he could meet me Saturday to "make it right" I have called him about 20 times and have never received a call back. I paid $30 for this part and didn't use it. I can see that the owner posts grammatically incoherent condescending remarks while at the same time claiming to be great at customer service. Jaret, I paid you top dollar for a Samsung Note 4 Screen and digitizer that you pulled from a defunct Note 4 you already had in your shop, the work looked jenky the first time, but I didn't even care cause it worked, and the 5 minutes of labor since you did not need to glue or heat, something I researched and asked many techs including Samsung repair in California. This is the worst so called business I ever had to deal with. Be cautious! They scam people! Use old parts for Replacements or cheap eBay knock off parts that don't work. They never answer the phones or ever get back to you when leaving messages. I have been back numerous times and it's always been more of a hassle trying to get my phone back to the way it was then anything. Don't trust the good reviews, I hear they have people do that to get better ratings. Save yourself time and money and go to a real business that care ab... read more
