Awesome experience, they catered for us and treated us amazing, the food was awesome and full of flavor recommend any unit going to Camp Dodge to hire them!
Ms. Angie and her crew served us with a smile everyday. They are hardworking, remembered dietary restrictions, and the food was excellent.
Hot Tamale Catering packs a lot of flavor in what they make. To start, their tamales are full of meat which is great, but I prefer a nice blend of masa and meat. The meat in the tamales are tasty and the right level of spicy. The salsa in the containers that accompanied the tamales was thick and very tasty. Next, the chicken liver and gizzards were delicious, and reasonable priced. They have plenty of dishes and sides to choose from.
