First time coming here and not a good experience. Waited for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The 2 adults working ignored me and the only one who helped me was the 10 year old. He definitely wasn't old enough to be working there. They weren't even that busy. One of the adults should have said I will be with you in a moment. Very poor customer service and very disappointed and won't be coming here again. Will go to the west Springfield one, much better service there
we come here all the time. everything is always delicious and the staff is so friendly!
