Hello, i would like to thank you first. I went to the hot table for the first time, in the wrst springfield shops. I thought it was very clean and inviting. Staff wad very friendly. One thing i love about this, is i have a gluten allergy, and i can't go really anywhere locally, for a sandwich to go. I either have to have a sit down, or make it at home. Stopped into Hot Table Panini and tried the Southwest Chicken Panini. My order was ready fast, and the panini was excellent—crispy on the outside, with a flavorful mix of chicken, salami, chipotle mayo, roasted onions, and melty cheese inside. The touch of spice was just right, giving it some kick without being overwhelming. One of the better locations. Customers aren’t rude to wait in line and the workers are fast and thoughtful to always ask if I’d like to add or take away from their signature sandwiches
