I've gotten subs here a number of times, and must say, it is the slowest subway shop in the world. Food is ok for what you pay for, but they seem to not care much about getting you on your way quickly.
Repeatedly called and received a busy signal. No one was on the phone as I called the gas station to get my order in before they started closing for the night. Claimed the wasn’t off the hook, and with 5 minutes still remaining, refused to take the order because they shut off the oven already. I expect that from kids, not a grown man behind the counter.
(Way too much salt. Mixed up toppings, not my first choice.) -Update- it's better now! Crust is perfect and soft, chewy and the cheese! Definitely made huge improvements!
