About three years ago my wife decided that she wanted a Hot Tub. I was reluctant a first but decided to look around Greenville, Anderson, and the Easley, SC areas. My wife and I had Hot Springs replace our 18x36 in ground pool liner. There were a couple of glithes in the beginning, but Richard and his crew were very reponsive and made all the necessary adjustments to our complete satisfaction. Hot Springs Residential pools is understaffed and does virtually no oversight of their contracted subs who are for the most part angry, surly men who are not respectful to the customer. Our pool took 6 months to install with a major mistake on the dig and siting despite our builder spending an hour with the project manager.. Refuse was left in our yard for months including cigarette butts, empty drink cups, and installation waste. Excess cement was left on our property after the concrete pour.
