Very professional and full service operation. We love our spa!
I called them out to replace a part that came off of the filter. My hot tub is only 8 months old, so I assumed this was warranty related. After the work was completed, my card was charged without my consent. I also wasn’t aware that they stored my card information from my purchase of the hot tub. The repair was only $76, but it’s the principle of the matter. I would have appreciated a simple phone call telling me that there would be a charge, and actually asking me how I wanted to take care of it.
Kelly in the office is fabulous. She is friendly, knowledgeable. Communication and customer service are top notch. We had to have 2 technicians come deal with our pool. Charles and Matt came out and were fantastic. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered all our questions and gave helpful advice for maintaining our pool. If you have any questions or need a great company, call Kelly at Hot Springs. She and the technicians will get you taken care of. Highly recommended.
