I’ve used other companies in the past with mixed results. Hot Springs Pools and Spas in Franklin was very easy to work with. Kelly is super professional, communicative and helpful and Dan is so polite and very knowledgeable. Getting a spa fixed is not cheap but if you want it done right this is the company to call.
