Excellent service for our hot tub. When we aren’t home they have access and they are very reliable, efficient and worth it! We highly recommend them.
The transaction with the sales rep was done very efficiently and professionally. The installers were fantastic and went through the operation of the sauna with us.
We visited Hot Springs twice before purchasing a Caldera Niagara jacuzzi. Kelly was very helpful in letting me get in and out the different models. She was not pushy or directive.. The delivery was great - went smooth and according to plan. And it was not easy to get the jacuzzi across a fire pit and thru a 40 in opening. Everyone was professional and accommodating: orientation was great too!
