Dr. Young is one of the best! He listens and understands what I am going through. The only thing that I think needs improvement is Mars Hill Medical Center pharmacy. No one EVER answers the phone, or calls back when left a message. I understand it can get busy, but all the other centers do answer the phone, or at least call you back.
I love my doctor. I love the convenience of the location. I am often disappointed by the prescription refill process. There’s about a 75% chance that your prescription will actually be called in within two days. If I leave this practice for another doctor, it will be because of the inept prescription manager.
Having a Hot Springs Medical Center clinic here in Hot Springs in these difficult times is a blessing. Thank you for all you do!
