Horrible! Ruined a $300 jacket because they are stubborn. Did not listen (or possibly comprehend) my request. I recently used this place to add a zipper to a jacket. It was a Goretex Jacket with HD tracks and I needed just a slider replaced. (In hindsight should have done myself). What I received was a new cheap lightweight zipper and $45 bill on a Goretex jacket. Dinx ruined a jacket being greedy and decided to disregard my request and do their own thing to increase the cost of service.
