This was my first time ever renting a camper and Tonya was so nice about helping and working with us to help us figure out a few details we messed up. They were so helpful with any questions we had during our time with the camper. They made delivery and pickup so easy and were so thorough with any details we needed to know. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Me and my family was looking in to rent a camper for spring break and came across hot springs camper rentals and Tonya Lee was so nice in the booking process any questions she answered with no problem any time of the day. When we got the camper her and her husband brought it out set it up furnished it and was they were just as nice in person as they were over the phone and told us if anything was needed call or text anytime. Great family to rent from if looking for a camper . Definitely plan to rent again in the future

Top tier experience with Tonya and James Lee. The camper was clean and well furnished. They set the camper up, provided an efficient tutorial on operations, and Tonya was happy to promptly respond to questions by text. 10/10 would recommend.

I RARELY get on a page to make a review and I’m not even done renting this camper yet but I have to put it out there and let others know how AMAZING and AWESOME my experience has been so far! I had a kitchen fire that caused me to have to leave my home and after a hotel stay and an air bnb stay I didn’t want to keep bouncing around.
