Keith was great at answering all of my spa questions. He was a great communicator and was very responsive to my text messages and emails. When I met him in person, the process to purchase the Rhythm spa was a very easy process.
Very nice staff helped us pick out a hot tub that matched our needs. Delivery went smooth, delivery personal were very thorough. I would have liked someone to come out and help add the products once we had the tub filled. So many products came with the tub and we were instructed to use 2 and the testing sticks are quite hard to read. I did add other products to the water after a week but I could still use some quidance instead of looking things up in the book or internet.
Been a month since I purchased a hot tub. Still waiting to hear when it will be delivered. Don't need it right away just need to schedule around it.

Can’t imagine a better place to buy a hot tub! Jaden made the purchasing process fun and transparent. Install was handled professionally and provided so many good tips and tricks to getting it usable quickly. Matt has been fantastic to connect with, answering all of my questions. If you’re looking for an easy hot tub/spa system- the salt system is the way to go. Would highly recommend this team and product to anyone!
