I have had a wonderful experience with my spa and thanks to Adam who manages the Brentwood Store, everything has been super low maintenance. When we received our spa, the base surface (the concrete that it was sitting on) wasn't level and we weren't able to get it hooked up when we had planned. Adam gave us a contact of someone who came to our home and built a base to level the spa out.
