Expensive We looked into buying a hot springs spa about a year ago. The spas are about 30% more than what we ended up paying elsewhere. The staff was friendly, and they do have a good warranty available.

Left a check as potential down payment with the understanding that we would go home, measure space, discuss with family, etc. Were assured by salesman that if we decided to not place an order, our check would be destroyed. Two days later we called, spoke with our salesman, advised we were going to hold off for now, we were advised that was no problem. Just to be safe, we stopped payment on our check. Glad we did!
