We purchased our hot tub about two months ago and Dallas and the team have been great! Being patient waiting for the concrete work to be done and flexible with the delivery schedule and set up. They checked all the boxes with courtesy and professionalism. Could not be happier!
John was bery helpful and gave us lots of info on hot tub plus walked us thru everything also Distin fro Des moines store was a big help Plus Bill from cistomer service
We took delivery of our hot tub in May 2025. The staff was great to work with. They went through all the chemicals and how to use along with the cheat sheet for it. Didn't take long to learn what to do and my water has been perfect from the start. We love our hot tub and have often wondered why we waited so long to get one.
We purchased our tub from the Des Moines store & due to our location it was delivered by the Carroll store. Service from both was exceptional! Dustin took time to explain the different models & asked us questions to make sure we bought a tub that fit our needs. We never felt pressured to purchase a 'bigger & better' tub. Kit, Brandon & Paul did a great job with delivery. I was concerned about water care but Kit took time, explained everything & answered all of our questions. We're loving our tub!
Staff was excellent to work with! Had my tub set up in no time. Would definitely recommend!!
