My entire experience with Hot Spring Spas has been wonderful! Tony and Eric took great care to make sure that everything was set up and running with my new spa. Getting in the hot tub after hours of snow removal this winter has been amazing too!

Super friendly staff who are very helpful. They even stay open during crazy storms.
We love love love our new Hot Spring Jetsetter!!! After years of contemplation and research, and considerations of alternatives, (low cost ones from Costco and other high end ones like Sundance and Jacuzzi) we decided to go with Hot Spring, partly because they have a local presence in South Lake.
