We bought a S820 sauna and it doesn’t get nearly as hot and as fast as they say. We went back in and talked to the salesman twice and they never called us back like they said. Per their advice, we contacted our power company and also a Master electrician. When we notified their Manager of our results he said, don’t worry we will get to the bottom of this and figure out why it’s not working properly. You will definitely be hearing back from us. It’s been over a week and still haven’t heard from them Again.
Overall great experience with the purchase of an ENVOY from this location. Delivery from time of purchase was very reasonable. What truly earned the 5 star review was the store recommending a local electrician who was able to complete the wiring ahead of the scheduled delivery.
