We purchased our tub from the Des Moines store & due to our location it was delivered by the Carroll store. Service from both was exceptional! Dustin took time to explain the different models & asked us questions to make sure we bought a tub that fit our needs. We never felt pressured to purchase a 'bigger & better' tub. Kit, Brandon & Paul did a great job with delivery. I was concerned about water care but Kit took time, explained everything & answered all of our questions. We're loving our tub!

Reached out to this location as the service at the Des Moines location is subpar. The service tech at Carroll was friendly, helped me over the phone and was pleasant to work with. Eventhough we couldnt solve my problem over the phone, the tech was very helpful and interested in trying to troubleshoot the problem. Will always be my first call in the future. Thank you for your support. Anyone searching for a hot tub should seriously consider this location, follow-up service is top notch.
Great customer service with a call back and walk through on how to care for the hottub that was purchased with a home.
