DO NOT use this company, now run by a guy named Brandon using the original phone number. He's booked two service calls and never shows up, when questioned he uses lame excuses. I called the company we purchased our tub from (Desert Hot Tubs) and they now refer all their clients to Direct Hot Tub Repair since their clients have experienced multiple problems with Hot Spring Spa Repair.
This is an AWESOME company and Anthony is a first class serviceman. They picked up a Spa for me in Prescott and delivered to Gilbert. They were professional and are very Veteran Friendly. I am a retired Marine and they went well above and beyond for me and my family. A FIRST CLASS Business!!!

I have read your BBB review, and it is unfortunate that we did not find ourselves in a compatible situation. We have conducted our affairs ethically and gone beyond our contractual obligations. We wish you well and perhaps there is a different hot tub repair company with whom you will be more compatible.
I am having a real bad experience with this service. When my spa stopped working I could not get any service for 3 weeks because the entire office shut down to go for Hot Springs training. This is the only Hot Springs authorized repair service. When the appointment day finally arrived, I understood that the appointment was in the morning and no one showed up until 5:30pm. I was told that I was mistaken and that the appointment was for the afternoon. They replaced a pump which seems to have well over a $100 markup and they ag... read more

Regarding when you are free to take calls or not, we are unfamiliar with your daily routine and schedule, as we do not track that information for our many thousands of customers. However, to clarify, as posted we open at 9 AM, and I called you the four times and left messages on the 18th-first time at 10:02 AM, which is one hour after we open, then again at 12:09, and 2:01, and 4:54. This review appears to be a conglomeration of two different service issues on two different occasions. The customer lives in a gate guarded community, many miles outside of our regular service area. Our technician was denied access at the guard gate. It was a scheduled appointment, and arrangements had been confirmed both verbally and in writing in advance with our customer.
