Have been a Spa’s Etc customer since 1995. They have always been responsive to any questions especially Mike. Real professional and great spas too.
Absolutely exceeded my expectations. I originally went in to inquire about the hot tub my father gave to me (has a drip leak), and what to do about it. “Bonnie” was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions. She even discovered that my father was a customer from over 20 years ago! She even requested a video of my findings to forward to the technician that will come to my home and help with diagnostics and repair options.
