I’ve been going to this yoga studio since 2020. The staff here is the reason I keep coming back as they are kind, professional and experts in their fields. The best part is that the variety of different classes/packages available make it very easy to start your practice. Bikram yoga requires discipline and focus. So, you’ll want to be at a studio that fosters such environment. I highly recommend this studio! You won’t be disappointed.
Met this wonderful woman outside of the classes, and I can tell she is one of those people who can help make your life better- if you work for it. I hope to see you on my sobriety date. Godspeed. ❤️
The staff are amazing! It’s like a big family! Not only are there many health benefits with hot yoga, there is also the mental health that is worked over in the hot room. Where else could you go to dedicate 60 to 90 minutes to yourself. Give Hot Spot Yoga a try and be the best YOU!
The classes are challenging but doable for even a beginner. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
