I absolutely loved this studio in LaGrange! The small class size made it feel really personal, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful—especially for my first class. Katelyn, the Inferno Hot Pilates instructor, was amazing. She made sure my form was correct throughout the full 60-minute class, which I really appreciated. I’ve been going to this yoga studio since 2020. The staff here is the reason I keep coming back as they are kind, professional and experts in their fields. The best part is that the variety of different classes/packages available make it very easy to start your practice. Bikram yoga requires discipline and focus. So, you’ll want to be at a studio that fosters such environment. I highly recommend this studio! You won’t be disappointed.
