I took my crushed cell phone into Hot Spot Wireless praying that Hot Spot would be able to retrieve all of my information such as pictures, text messages, contacts, etc. I was told that my phone was the worst that they had seen, but yes I can help you. It took a few days but I got the phone call to come in and bring my new phone so that we could transfer the information from the crushed phone to my new phone. Thank God the transfer did happen. My Experience working here at the Hot Spot Wireless has been such a journey! I am the Owner of Hot Spot Wireless and I totally appreciate helping customers with their smart devise. I have been in the industry since 1998 and I never realized that I would take this knowledge this far and be so blessed to help People! The five stars is back too my customers that I so appreciate!
