Would LOVE to leave negative stars if possible. Hot Shot Final Mile is run by incompetents. Hot Shot set up delivery at their specified time/date. No show. No call. I called next day and staff refused to provide me any information. Had to escalate to Charlie Davenport, VP of Operations who told me they "lost" my queen mattress that cost over $1K. This company refused to compensate me for my mattress or any other resolution. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
