My VW recently needed work. The Hot Rod's team got me right in and prioritized my car to save me from rental fees. I cannot thank them enough, especially Lee, for their hard work to get me back on the road. They are professional, knowledgeable, and kind to a fault. 10/10 would recommend.
Rod has no idea what he is doing with vehicles went in for oil change and he calls me three hours later and says my car needs $800 in repairs for brakes rotors and other things I had just had brakes replaced he lied to me and inflated price then kept my car for 4 days I smelled alcohol on his breath strongly when I went to pick up car Absolutely terrible service
